I AM Maitreya, who has come to you again through my Messenger.

I AM having come, and as always, I am ready to give you new information regarding your stage on the Path. You may not trust what is being given, but it is wiser to take it into consideration and think about it carefully. For it is not very often that we have the opportunity to speak with you. And admit that it is not often that you are given information from Heaven.

I have come to you today in order to give another Message directly concerning your relationships with us, the Ascended Hosts. You know that many people have recently declared that they receive our Messages. Yet, something within you makes you treat such messages and messengers with caution.

Why is it so? That is because the mere process of communication between us and non-ascended mankind is still quite difficult. The majority of people, if not almost all of those who think that they are receiving our Messages, are most likely under the influence of the astral plane and the spirits from that plane. Not all beings of the astral plane are hostile toward people. Many of those beings are stuck between Heaven and Earth. They cannot take on a new incarnation because they have achieved a relatively high level of development, but there is certain karma that they still have not worked off. They can work off this karma only through the people who are incarnated now. These beings have to search and find conductors among people in order to give mankind certain information and knowledge. In that way, in cooperation with people, they are able to work off their remaining karmic debts.

There are also other inhabitants of the subtle world who have deliberately separated themselves from God and do not wish to incarnate. Many of them call themselves ascended masters and even use our names.

There are also our astral doubles, created by the human egregore. They are not completely conscious beings, but they can give quite coherent messages that contain commonly known statements and truths.

You can always differentiate these beings by the level of vibrations and by the content of their messages. Typically, such beings transmit at a certain vibrational level and their messages are not very diverse.

I give you such detailed information about the inhabitants of the astral plane because we have to face too many problems when certain individuals who think that they communicate with the Ascended Hosts, but in reality they get under the influence of the spirits of the astral plane. When they finally realize, or the people around them realize all the dangers of such a connection, it can be very difficult to break free from such influence. Your psychiatrists usually call this state schizophrenia and religious people call it spirit possession. It may be very difficult to get rid of these beings because you yourselves allowed them to come into your body-temples and desired to cooperate with them with your free will.

If you are dealing with the beings who have not broken their relationship with God and who are working off their karma through you, you are helping those beings and are not creating your own karma. This cooperation is caused by your karmic connections that originated a long time ago. However, if you choose to cooperate with those representatives of the astral plane who have separated themselves from God, then, by receiving their messages, you are creating karma. The more efforts you put into spreading their messages, the greater karma you create.

That is why we have to use the help of specially trained Messengers, who wear our mantles and who have come into your world with a special mission: to restore the Path, along which we are leading mankind of Earth.

Therefore, you are given complete information and complete freedom to choose who to listen to and whom to follow.

I have come today with a concrete goal to give you the knowledge and information regarding your contacts with the subtle world and its inhabitants.

Our Messengers carry the vibrations of Higher octaves. Based on the level of vibrations, you can always differentiate our Messengers from any imposters or deluded individuals.

There is another criterion that I will give you and that you can use to differentiate. Any achievement on the subtle plane about which you are told should have its proof on the physical plane.

Therefore, if you are being told that you are Jesus, or Lord Maitreya, or another Master, please take a look at yourself and at your surroundings, and carefully analyze your relationships with people, with your loved ones. It is not always obvious, but if you do not follow in your lives the Teaching given by Jesus, by Moses, and by the prophets and Messengers of the past, then it is very unlikely that you are those who you are being told that you are.

In your civilized age, people are still too ignorant in matters about faith and about relationships with the subtle world. That is why various villains try to take advantage of your ignorance. Therefore, we send our Messengers to teach you how to differentiate and to give you the true Teaching.

You have the choice. You have the opportunity to choose whether to follow your misconceptions or to return to the Path that we have been teaching you throughout the entire development of mankind.

I was very frank today because the time has come to stop beating about the bush and to finally give you the information that will allow you to avoid delusions.

We have not given any clearer Messages about the dangers of connections with the subtle plane. However, the moment has come, and we can no longer tolerate your calls for help when you get trapped by evil spirits. Believe me; it is much easier to prevent a danger than to call all Heavenly Hosts to deliver you from the danger.

So that you are not scared too much, I need to also say that it is mostly the people who had karma with God in the past that come in contact with the beings of the astral plane who have separated themselves from God. This karma causes these people come into such contacts. The spirit possession that they receive is the result of their karma with God. It is impossible to avoid the return of karma, but it is possible to realize your past mistakes in your consciousness, to repent and to ask the angels of protection to shield you from the influence of the astral plane. God does not want you to suffer. God wants you to learn the lessons of your past mistakes and not to repeat them.

You are given a mechanism to work with your karma by writing letters to the Karmic Board on the 23rd of each month to work with karma of the following month. Why do you not use these opportunities granted to you in their fullest?

If you do not use the graces granted to you, the Divine opportunity may weaken or even disappear completely.

I remind you that now, up until July 1st,^[1] you have the opportunity to write letters to the Karmic Board, and those letters may contain your requests to lighten your karmic burden. However, you will need to take on certain responsibilities over the next six months until the next session of the Karmic Board — responsibilities that will allow you to earn good karma to ease your karmic burden.

You can ask for help for your loved ones, and then your good karma will be used for helping them.

I specifically emphasize that karma with God is reflected on the physical plane as a mental disease or spirit possession. As any other type of karma, it can be softened or worked off. You need to realize your past misbehaviors and desire not to repeat them.

As you can see, not everything is simple about your contacts with the subtle world. You need to always be aware of the full karmic responsibility when you come in contact with the subtle plane, receive messages from the subtle plane, and distribute them.
