I AM Shiva! I have come to you through this Messenger today.

I have come to remind you once again of the dispensation I have given you this year on the 27th of November.

You must consider once again the opportunity that Heavens are giving you and apply it in practice. Do not think that opportunities like that will be poured on you as manna from Heaven. We grant an opportunity, and then we carefully observe how you use the given opportunity. And if you are so deep in your illusion that you cannot appreciate what is being granted, then there is no sense to keep giving you opportunities, knowledge, and information.

Understand that the fact that Heavens once again decided to address mankind of Earth through this Messenger is not an ordinary event similar to situations where many people appeal to God and receive some directions and guidelines. In this particular case, we intend to work for the whole world. And we are once again giving our knowledge and our information through our Messenger.

I want you to learn the difference between the way some people have a chance to receive a particular type of information by taking it from specific levels of the subtle plane and the way we give you information through our Messengers.

There is a big difference. This difference is connected with greater authenticity of the transmitted information as the transmission of the information is carried out not spontaneously or occasionally, but quite purposefully. A great amount of the Divine energy is spent on the transmission of this information. Therefore, appreciate what is being given and do not forget about the responsibility that you assume as soon as you have received this information.

If you do not apply what is granted to you in your lives and if you do not follow the advice and recommendations that we are giving in these Dictations through our Messenger, then you automatically create karma because you do not use the given Divine energy that is contained in these Dictations according to its intended purpose.

The goal for which we are giving this energy is definite. We wish to raise the consciousness of humankind and prepare it for the transition to the new level that will correspond to the new stage of the cosmic evolution.

Therefore, think about it very carefully one more time. Probably, you should not read these Dictations at all, and this will be a better solution for you than if you take the energy of these Dictations and follow none of the recommendations that are given to you. In this case you will create the karma of inaction, which has been described in detail by Beloved Kuthumi in his Dictation on June 24, 2005.^[1]

You cannot take the energy without using it for the purposes it is given. In this case, for the purpose of raising the consciousness of humanity, and by that, preventing the cataclysms and natural disasters connected with the imperfect human consciousness.

But I must tell you that if you have had access to these Dictations and have read them, then it is your turn to serve humankind of Earth. And if you give up reading them now in hope of avoiding the karma of inactivity, then by doing so, you will make a choice that will take you away from the Path. And you never know which kind of karma will be heavier for you.

Understand that there is nothing in Cosmos that does not obey the Law existing in this universe. And humankind has reached its limit of using the Divine energy too freely. We told you that free will, which was granted to humankind, is limited with the time frame. And if humankind, having reached the limit that was allowed for the experimentation with free will, cannot on its own return to following the Law existing in this universe, then humankind will be strictly redirected and guided even if the whole Earth will have to be turned upside down for that. Therefore, be sensible. And finally take a stand on those steps of the cosmic Hierarchy that correspond to you at the given stage of your evolutionary development.

The more you doubt or return to the behavior associated with abusing your free will, the more rigidly you will be put on the way that has been prepared for you and is in accordance with the forthcoming stage of the cosmic evolution.

It may seem to you that I am too tough and that I am trying to scare you.

Yes, I am a very determined and uncompromising Master. I do not like to joke around and I do not like it when someone doesn’t obey me.

I am doing what I have to do because my status in the Cosmic Hierarchy allows me to speak to you in a very strict way. The period when we could allow ourselves to persuade you and give you compliments has come to an end. Now we will speak more rigidly, and this rigidness and determination are justified with the approaching cosmic deadlines. It will be better for you if I reprimand you in the most rigid way, rather than if a global cataclysm falls upon you at the most inappropriate time.

If not for the probability of this terrible choice that increases with every minute, then I could continue giving you compliments and granting you all of our attention and signs of our attention.

Now I suggest that you take very seriously those opportunities that have been given to you in the previous Dictations by Beloved Surya on December 13, 2005, and Beloved Alpha on December 14, 2005.

It may seem to you that what is offered to you is insufficient for keeping the balance on the planet and avoiding the cataclysm. But if only several hundred or thousand people respond to our call sincerely enough, then I guarantee you that the result will be manifested very soon, and it will allow the removal of the imbalance on the planet that still keeps escalating. It is especially important to do that now, before the end of this year.

We started the new cycle of Dictations. And you can see that we warn you about the threatening danger in every Dictation. Don't you think that this is strange? Is this not a clear evidence of the fact that, finally, it is high time to break out of your illusion and do real work? Choose whether to get ready for the holidays or with all the determination and firmness fulfill what the Masters are asking of you. There are enough other people who will rock the boat during these holidays. Some people have to keep the balance. And you are the ones who must do it. There are no coincidences in this world. And the fact that you read these Dictations means that you are those people on whom Heavens rely at this crucial period.
