I have come! I have come in order to give the final Message of this year because we will meet with you again only next year. So, let us strike the balance of this year and check if everything that was planned has been accomplished.

I have to state an important fact that, unlike the previous year, this one has been more successful regarding the consciousness development of mankind of Earth. Not everything has gone smoothly, and not everything has occurred the way we expected. Many people on whom we relied wished to follow their free will and deviated from the Path. Well, this is their choice and this is their decision. Therefore, we will not dwell on sad things.

Nevertheless, I must cheerfully state the fact that quite a lot of people whom we were not counting on, who were far from our Path, the Path of Initiations, have awakened and are providing tangible assistance to the proceedings that we are implementing through our Messenger. This is very joyous and makes us have optimistic expectations concerning the next year that we are gradually entering!

I am glad, and all the Ascended Hosts are glad about the fact that the year 2006 has been so successful!

That is why now, right before New Year's Eve, we hasten to bring home to your consciousness the new tasks that need to be implemented. These tasks are directly connected with the fulfillment of the plans of the Brotherhood.

As always, when a new dispensation is activated, a new Divine opportunity opens. This time the Divine opportunity is open for Mother Russia. We have been waiting for this opportunity for long decades, and finally it is opened up. Now it is you, the currently incarnated light-bearers, who are responsible for the way this opportunity will be realized in the physical plane. We need an outpost, a place in the physical plane through which we can carry out our deeds, through which we can convey our plans and discuss with you the succession and the terms of their implementation. I hope that next year will enable us to fulfill our subsequent plans, and finally we will manage to start doing practical deeds in the physical plane.

We need a publishing house that will implement our tasks and will be sponsored completely by the Great White Brotherhood.

We need an educational center where we can give knowledge on the Divine Truth on a regular basis, an educational center that will serve as a beacon in the sea of chaos that is lavishly foaming up in the life around you.

We need a Community, several communities, and as many communities as you can establish, the communities implementing the spirit of the Great White Brotherhood in the physical octave. With the help of our Communities, we will be able to introduce correct patterns and correct moral guidelines in the society.

We need people with experience in various fields in order to initiate rearrangement of all spheres of activity on the basis of Divine principles. These principles will come from the Divine world as insights and revelations. You will manage to transform life very quickly in accordance with the Divine patterns if you keep your devotion and purity of your motives and aspirations.

The more your consciousness is filled with Divine patterns and Divine vision, the less room there is for the manifestation of all that is not from God and all that wishes to resist the evolutionary path of human development and leads to the maze of pseudo-culture, pseudo-divinity, pseudo-beauty, and pseudo-love.

We leave all these non-divine manifestations to the will of God, and I think you will never waste your Divine energy to sustain and feed any negative manifestations of your world. Always remember that all the energy in this Universe is concentrated in the hands of God. When you improperly use the Divine energy given to you by God, you multiply the evil in this world.

The time has come to do Good. The time has come for you to consciously choose the Good in your consciousness and follow it in your lives because this is the call of the time. You have been vegetating in the illusion for too long, and you have been allowed to explore your free will for too long. Now you must start the transformation of your physical world at an accelerated pace. I hope that we will work in cooperation with you and manage to do everything within the timeline, in cosmic terms because there is no more time left. All time reserves given for returning to the evolutionary path are exhausted.

Now we are entering the narrow strip of corridor of a new cosmic opportunity, and this strip is very short. That is why all your efforts and all your energy will be required of you in order to be on time and to complete the transformation of planet Earth by the deadline that has been mentioned and affirmed.

I will not tell you the exact date when the transformations are to be completed. But I will tell you that everything will take place within the memory of one or two generations. At least the main transformations will take place very quickly.

There are dangers on the path. There are lots of pitfalls, and as always, all dangers and all pitfalls arise where there is strong human ignorance. That is why you need knowledge, Divine knowledge to guide you, and you will be able to change your life and set the example for others.

All transformations will take place very quickly. Hence, I am telling you about your responsibility again and again. Every treachery of yours that you allow postpones the term of manifestation of the Divine plan. If you have not yet considered your life from the viewpoint of the general course of evolution, then the time has come to think it over because you do not exist in this Universe on your own. You are the cells of the one organism of this Universe. That is why the success of the whole matter and the terms of its implementation depend on your proper work in accordance with the Divine plan.

Stop considering yourselves as something separated from God. Feel your oneness with all life — at least for a short while. Imagine that on the other side of the globe people may die because of one negative thought of yours or because of a wrong choice you make.

There is always a Divine opportunity for the course of events, and there is always a worst case that becomes manifested due to the negligence of people.

Therefore, do constantly care — but not about yourselves — do care about the world. And bring into correlation everything you do with the cosmic expedience and the granted Divine opportunity.
