I AM Sanat Kumara, having come again. As it has already become a tradition, I have come to give a Message to open the new cycle of the Dictations that we intend to give for mankind of Earth. This time, I am pleased to announce that we are ready to give our Messages in Bulgaria, a country which is no less important than Russia, since it is here that we plan to create the conditions necessary for rapid growth of the consciousness of people living in this country.

We are glad that we are having an opportunity to speak again because it is not always possible to realize our plans on Earth. This is due to the large unpredictability of the situation on Earth, when all of our plans are ruined because of a wrong action by only one person. That is always deplorable. However, we hope that there are still a sufficient number of incarnated individuals who will be able to help us in the realization of our plans and intentions.

I have come to remind you once again of the obligations that you have taken upon yourselves before your incarnation. You have been preparing for your missions for many incarnations, and you have all the necessary skills and knowledge in this incarnation. All that impedes your fulfilling of the taken obligations is your fussy, unruly, human mind. Your carnal mind makes you lose your Path, thinking of thousands of reasons and millions of arguments, while the voice in your heart continues to send gentle quiet signals to you, calling you to the Path, to the top, to the manifestation of the plans of the Brotherhood.

Therefore, think once again about the extent of your attachment to the physical world around you, and how important it is for you to listen to your heart's voice and to leave the fuss of the world in order to implement what is destined for this planet. Your planet should become the planet of the developed consciousness. The vibrations of Earth should allow those beings, who you now call the Ascended Masters, to come into incarnation. They are the Teachers of humankind; and now many of you are incarnated in order to create the conditions on Earth necessary for their incarnation. Think about the important task that you are facing. Try to track the moment when your consciousness starts slipping down, gradually refusing Divine models and replacing them with merely human aspirations. Your carnal mind starts activating in you as your consciousness approaches the idea of serving us. It is very dodgy, and it gives you the arguments that your outer consciousness cannot neglect. You leave everything to get that piece of bread to satisfy your physical hunger instead of taking care of your spiritual food and the daily bread that Jesus talked about.^[1]

Do not think much about how to support your physical existence. Do think only about how to fulfill your Divine plan. Or is there so little Faith in you that you cannot believe that God will take care of you?

The Teaching remains the same. It is given over and over again, and only the dullness of your consciousness and the inertness of matter have made you listen to the same Teaching for many thousands and millions of years, incarnation by incarnation. You listen but cannot hear, because every time, again and again, you deviate from the guidelines that you have accepted and at the moment of the insight again you rush in pursuit of useless things of the physical world.

It hurts to observe that. Lack of Faith is the main disease of humankind. Look at animals and birds. God takes care of all living creatures. No one dies of hunger while living in natural conditions. Only when man interferes in the Divine Laws with his imperfect consciousness and tries to create, replacing God with himself, do different disasters and cataclysms occur.

Therefore, we repeat over and over again that your only enemy is hiding in your imperfect consciousness, in your heart that does not let God in.

Now I would like to remind you again that at times all the Ascended Hosts, holding their breath, wait for your choice, the choice that you may or may not make. And the development of evolution on Earth depends on every choice you make. Believe me; everything you do every day is very important. Consider your everyday activities. Try to analyze how long you have been thinking about God and your Divine purpose during the day. How many of you are really ready to sacrifice something for the well-being of the world?

Too many speak about serving and about the work they do for God. However, when the talk turns to doing even one small but concrete thing, there are thousands of reasons and arguments that appear which make the person forget about God, about serving, and rush for the things and pleasures which should not have been in your consciousness since long ago.

I have come to you today, and I am very glad that I can give a talk again on that ancient Teaching because each of you who are reading these lines can wake up at any moment in order to start acting in the new reality.

You are forming the new reality in your consciousness. And as soon as you suddenly realize in surprise how aimlessly the people around you waist their energy, you wake up to the new reality and become those warriors-votaries on whom we can rely. The whole institution of the Guru-chela relationship is designed to constantly keep your consciousness at a decent level. It is very seldom that an earthling can manage without outside assistance, and go through the Path of Initiations on his own. I can tell you that if you are not a partial or full incarnation of an Ascended Master, you will not be able to go through your Path and reach the top of the Divine consciousness on your own without the Teacher's help. Therefore, we send our Messengers again and again so you could see the Path and remember your obligations and those plans that you intended to implement before your incarnation. You have assumed those plans yourselves in your higher consciousness. Now you have to try and reach the highest state of your consciousness in order to remember everything that you have planned before your incarnation on Earth.

There are many people who read our Messages. There are those who start going along the Path of Initiations. But only a few pass the tests and continue going along the Path. It was always like that. We hope very much that your time will be an exception, and we will be able to come to thousands and hundreds of thousands of incarnated people to communicate with them at the level of their outer consciousness and begin to work toward the transformation of planet Earth so rapidly that all the changes will be observed by the generation that is living now.
