I AM Master Morya.

I have come today to say what is necessary and what is needed. As you know, we are giving this cycle of Dictations in Latvia. This cycle of Dictations was not been planned in advance. More exactly, it was to take place, but the obstacles that took place and happened in the Ashram of our Messenger closed the Divine opportunity for Russia, and the Dictations of the summer cycle were canceled.

For those who are not familiar with the current situation, I will briefly say that appalling attacks against our Messenger have taken place in all planes of Reality for the last two years. And the mission continued at the cost of tremendous efforts because we saw no other opportunity to continue giving the Teaching to humankind of Earth.

We continued our work, and we continued giving our Messages up to the moment when the Ashram of our Messenger was set on fire.

One does not have to be particularly insightful to realize that actual precipitation of the negativity accumulated around our Messenger in the subtle plane has taken place.

Many of you who continue reading our Messages have applied a considerable amount of effort to create in the subtle plane the conditions preceding the fire through your thoughts, feelings, and even direct actions against our Messenger.

You know that any action directed against our Messenger creates very heavy karma, and this karma also falls upon the whole country where the mission of Light is carried out.

Thus, the recent events have generated extremely negative karma for Russia. In its scale this karma is comparable to the karma that was created by the execution of the Tsar’s Family.

Well, I am very sorry. Other Masters and I expected a greater level of consciousness of the people in incarnation. We were encouraged by the fact that for the first time we are having an opportunity to transmit our Messages freely over such a long period of time in the land of Russia.

We have been reassured by this opportunity and have not taken timely measures to protect our Messenger. All the powers of Light were involved within seven seconds after the call of our Messenger at the moment of the fire. We have performed the impossible: All the people have survived and nothing that was constructed by our Messenger with the help of the Ascended Hosts suffered any significant damage. Only the mission of Light, our mission in Russia, has suffered.

Every direct action against God and the Masters must have its retribution. This is the Law that works in this Universe.

I have to state the sorrowful fact that in the near future Russia will have to work off the newly created karma of godlessness.

It is terrible because all the Light that was poured over the territory of this country and not used for the implementation of the plans of God now falls upon the people of Russia as a karmic burden.

The forces of Light causes an equal and directly opposite action from the side of the forces of darkness. But as soon as the evil forces manifest themselves, the Ascended Hosts have the right to apply their force to immobilize the opposing forces.

The imperfection still reigning in the world does not allow managing without victims and bloodshed.

The level of consciousness of people does not allow for a more balanced and peaceful path.

Today I can tell you no more without the approval of the Karmic Board.

My motive is to explain to you the whole gravity of the committed deeds and the events that will be caused by the created karma.

Now that I have explained to you the essence of the recent events the way I see it from my level of consciousness, I must say that we no longer have an opportunity to continue our work in the land of Russia because all our actions will be causing greater and greater resistance. We cannot risk our Messenger and her mission any longer.

I have said enough for you to ponder over.

No one will tell you more than I have told you.

Think about it and try to understand that there has never been such an opportunity that has been realized through our Messenger during this time. Never before have the Messages been spread simultaneously all over the globe on the same day they are given.

Mankind will appreciate our efforts after some time.
