Shiva I AM! I have come. And this means that I have a wish to say the Word to you and to bring home to you the knowledge and the information that you need.

This means that we continue the work through our Messenger, and she meets our requirements we demand of her at this stage.

Now, after I have come and have made this small introduction, I would like to get directly to the purpose of my visit today.

My purpose is connected with the forthcoming event that was announced in the physical plane but was not announced by us through the Dictations.

I am talking about the seminar that will take place in Moscow in March of this year.

You know that this seminar is held by the people's initiative. We, the Masters, will be able to pour our Light and our energy into a group of people who expressed their wish to serve as a chalice in the physical plane.

You know that when a chalice that we can fill with Light appears in the physical world, we always do that.

However, your physical world is characterized by its unpredictability and duality. Therefore, it is very difficult for us to make any predictions, even for a few days ahead. And still, I have come and am authorized to declare that this seminar will be held under my personal guidance and under my personal patronage, which I already provide for this seminar.

You will be surprised that Shiva, a god worshipped in Hinduism, provides his patronage to a seminar that will take place in Russia, a country where Hinduism is not an official religion.

However, I must give you the understanding that we cannot adjust to a concrete religious situation existing in one or another country. We are guided by the interests of Heavens when carrying out all our events. And in this case, I will come to Russia through my Messenger Tatyana. And I will come with a particular aim that I must announce for you now.

I intend to give a blessing of the chakra of the third eye to all the participants of the seminar who will find it necessary for them to go through this blessing. What is this blessing and why do I intend to give it now in Russia through the Russian Messenger?

The fact of the matter is that the situation is such, as it is. And you know that we act though the one who is ready. Therefore, since Russia is the country that has given shelter to our Messenger, it is exactly Russia where we are coming to give the blessing that will provide an opportunity to accelerate the manifestation of the gift of distinction, the gift of the Divine vision.

As soon as you acquire the manifestation of this gift in accordance with your achievements, you will not nuzzle up like blind kittens anymore from one preacher to another or from one church to another. You will obtain the distinction, and you will be able to see and distinguish between the true and the false in any church and in any religious organization.

For this is the requirement of the time. We will act through everyone who is ready, who is capable of rising to the new level in his consciousness, through those who can give up all unnecessary and moribund dogmas characteristic of old religions and recognize the wolves in sheep's clothing among the numerous new religious preachers who have appeared like mushrooms after the rain.

The only Path that we have chosen and that is possible at this stage is the path of direct contact with many people who are ready.

Do understand that you are reaching the new level of your development. And for this level, communication with the subtle world becomes natural and achievable much easier. There is nothing difficult in establishing contact with the subtle world. But the difficulty, as always, is in your consciousness. And if in your consciousness you do not correctly perceive the contact given to you, or you evaluate the contact incorrectly in your consciousness, then instead of acquiring a Divine achievement, you subject yourself to the torment of those forces that inhabit the subtle plane and which have chosen to disobey the Divine Law of this universe.

Therefore, you need the gift of distinction as never before. And together with this gift, you must receive the knowledge of how you should behave at this stage of the evolutionary development, where to aspire, and what principles to follow.

We can make a long list of the imperfections of one or another religious teachers and religious movements. But in this way, we will learn what one should not do and how one should not behave. We have chosen the other way. We are giving the right patterns, and we are giving the right direction. And as always, it is up to your free will which path to choose and follow.

You are making your choice and you are deciding.

Our work is to offer you the right patterns and to show you the right direction.
