Not much time has passed since our last meeting, although during this period of time much has happened in the etheric octaves where the Ascended Masters are.

We have summarized the results and planned our further steps.

I will tell the most curious chelas that neither the results nor those further steps will be brought forward to the incarnated humanity.

We revealed enough to you in the previous years. And those who are correctly tuned to our wavelength may derive much for their spiritual development.

For those who are particularly curious and try to have direct relations with us, the Ascended Masters, or with our Messenger, I will say that this is not a very safe activity as it may seem from some of our Dictations.

For example, the Law of Initiations has come into effect for those individuals who had an opportunity to be in close contact with our Messenger because of curiosity or inner motivation. Every one of our Messenger’s requests that was addressed to you and you did not fulfill for reasons that might seem quite reasonable to you, created an insurmountable obstacle for your spiritual advancement on the finer plane. Of course, nothing is lost for you, but the obstacle will have to be overcome. And perhaps it may take more than one of your lives.

Every person who comes within the Messenger’s view automatically comes into our view. And you are wrong to think that nothing is happening. Many candidates among our disciples do not even suspect that they are being tested, and they do not even suspect that they are failing one examination after another.

Similarly, Russia failed to pass the test that it had to pass for the right to fulfill its spiritual mission. And it is obvious. Each of you who read our Messages had an opportunity to observe the milestones that we noted, but these milestones were not noticed by the people we gave our tests to.

You are sorry, and perhaps you wonder what will happen next. It is necessary to begin to learn at the school of cruel life-lessons and take a course of training once again. It is quite enough to remember the main milestones of this training course. In order to do that it is necessary to return to the beginning of the last century: the World War, revolution, civil war, a cruel regime of repression of dissidents, another war, devastation, nuclear confrontation. I am not saying that the scenario will be the same. The same scenario is impossible with the new turn of the unfolding evolutionary spiral because, for example, time began to flow more rapidly and all the events of the last century will be compressed into a few years in the new scenario.

Of course, while one of the countries, with its people’s characteristic boldness and daredevilry, dances with a torch on a powder keg, the neighboring countries as well as the rest of the world cannot live peacefully. That is because the informational, economic, and other ties between the countries have become too tight.

This is the scenario I described, and we are taking steps to direct it along the least dangerous course so there will be people to continue the evolution on the planet in a few years.

I am reminding you once again that the situation on the planet has not been created by us. It is the fruit of the collective consciousness of humanity. Therefore, you have to unravel all the karmic knots that have been created by humanity in recent history.

The redemption of the sins of the world is possible, but the future Messiah cannot incarnate in the conditions that are formed in the world now. The vibrations of the physical plane are too low.

We continue showing humankind the quietest and safest way. It is not necessary to dance on a powder keg. Learn the Law of Karma and act according to it.

This has been told to you so many times. And if those twelve or thirteen-year-old boys had learned about the Law of Karma at school six years ago, it would have been much easier to restrain their present aggression and dissatisfaction with life. Every action and the absence of actions create karma. And karma is being created not only by those who read the Dictations. This is a universal Law.

The people who govern the country should first of all, sit at the desk and study and learn the basic Law of this Universe.

We look to the future with hope and foresee the times when enlightened people, who have passed at least several levels of initiations, will be at the head of countries, cities, and territories. Then the old, kind words like honor, dignity, honesty, culture, and faith will be remembered. And then the time will come when the new race will be able to incarnate and bring the consciousness of the Golden Age.

Now the last-born of the Fourth and Fifth Root Races are incarnated. They have been failing the exams for the right to continue the evolution for millions of years. Of course, their time is coming to an end. It is important that the souls of Light who are incarnated as seeds of the future race do not follow them to the evolutionary dump.

The Message has not been cheerful again. But there is hope! You should just throw off the illusion of the feast of life and start doing real deeds for the benefit of evolution of planet Earth!
