I AM Vairochana, and I have come to you again.

To start with, I would like to greet those of you who, thanks to your efforts, have the opportunity to receive our Messages again. You know that the transmission of the Messages takes a lot of energy. If your efforts had not made the continuation of the process of receiving the Dictations possible, then we would have had to stop. Everything in the Cosmos obeys rationality and feasibility. If we do not see that the teaching being given by us is perceived by you and that you are ready to take the necessary actions in the physical plane so that our Teachings can be widely spread, if we do not see that you are ready to render assistance with your praying vigils, then we close the window of opportunity until better times.

Therefore, the fact that you have an opportunity to receive this Teaching indicates that your efforts were sufficient, and they were considered sufficient in order to continue the Dictations through this Messenger.

Every time when the question arises whether or not to give another Teaching, we carefully weigh all the pros and cons. Jesus gave the Teaching that one shouldn’t pour new wine into old wineskins.^[1] That is why we evaluate the quality of a vessel before giving knowledge and energy. This applies not only to the Messenger but also to each of you who have touched this Teaching. You can render your support slightly simply by sharing the given Teaching with your relatives and friends. You can give the energy of your prayers to support the cycle of these Dictations; you can take part in publishing these books, spreading them, or translating the Dictations into other languages. All of these efforts of yours are summed up and analyzed by our celestial computers. We compare the energy that we have spent on giving the Teaching to the energy that you have spent on adopting and spreading the Teachings in your octave.

The balance was a little bit in your favor. Therefore, we are now trying to balance the scale and give you the necessary quantity of the Divine energy and knowledge in order to keep the balance of energies.

I will tell you a secret: Not so long ago, before the Karmic Board began its session, and you know that I am also a member of the Karmic Board, the scale with the energy given by us outweighed yours. Therefore, beloved Serapis Bey^[2] said that his Dictation could be the last one.

Today I am happy to talk to you again and give you my Teaching and my energy.

I AM Vairochana, Buddha Vairochana. And as a Buddha I must give you knowledge and energy. You know that the balance on the planet is maintained by people who have reached the enlightenment of Buddha. It does not mean that these people differ much physically and even mentally from the majority of you. The degree of the consciousness expansion and the level of consciousness of Buddha are not much related to any outer qualities but rather to your inner state. These very people are able to keep the balance on planet Earth thanks to the degree of their achievements.

Your achievement of the level of Buddha consciousness is the task you are to fulfill. All of you will become Buddhas, although not all of you will become Buddhas in this incarnation. But achievement of the level of Buddha consciousness is as inevitable for you as the fact that the development in this Universe will continue.

You are getting access to the knowledge that is not contained in any books lying on the shelves of bookstores and libraries. You are getting access to the knowledge that is contained in the cosmic treasury of knowledge. In order to get access to that knowledge you have to gain Buddha consciousness.

Therefore, we keep repeating that you should leave the part of you that is unreal and prevents you from getting access to the cosmic treasury of knowledge and energies.

You can continue playing your earthly games but still gradually free yourselves from these games — you know: the same way children play with their games and their toys up to a certain age. And then, several years later, previous games do not interest them anymore. Why? It is because their level of consciousness has changed. They have grown up. In the same way, we are waiting for you to grow up and stop playing the games typical for humans in childhood.

If I came to a kindergarten and started talking to children about the structure of the Universe and the structure of complicated information systems, they would not understand me. They would not be interested. But to give the children, at their level of consciousness, the understanding that there is another world beyond the world of children’s games is the duty of all good instructors and teachers. Therefore, I cannot give you the cosmic knowledge and the knowledge of the structure of this Universe, but I can tell you that there is another world full of cosmic beings that are at another stage of their consciousness development. And there are other kinds of relations between various life forms.

Maybe when you learn it, you will acquire the impulse of intention inducing you to aspire to distant worlds and Higher states of consciousness.

When you were little, many of you wanted to become adults to get access to the world that adults live and act in. Why now have you withdrawn into your world and lost your aspiration toward other worlds, the worlds corresponding to another level of consciousness, the Buddha level of consciousness?

Just as you are not able to enter the world of adults until you receive certain training and education that will allow you to act in the world of adults, similarly you cannot get into our world and start acting there until you have completed certain training and your consciousness ascends to the new level of development.

The first step in the right direction will be your wish and your aspiration to follow our instructions and advice.

Today I have given you the understanding and the methods that we use when dealing with humanity on Earth.

Maybe many of you will find it offensive that we consider you children.

And yet you will remain children until you are able to overcome your childish wishes and aspirations within you.

Therefore, I wish you to grow up as soon as possible, and finally, take upon yourselves the entire responsibility for your planet and all living beings on planet Earth.
