I AM El Morya Khan and I have come to you through my Messenger.

I have come to bring to your attention an important offer that I am empowered to make this afternoon.

Just as during the previous cycle of Dictations, I am now very determined. And if anyone of you doubts my determination and seriousness of my intentions, you'd better not read our Messages, because you create in your consciousness an impassable barrier and block not only the stream of the Divine Truth but also the stream of the Divine energy.

Your consciousness belongs to your dual world, therefore only those things happen in your world that you allow in your consciousness. That is why we will never fully tell you what kind of catastrophe you are probably facing, irrespective of the complexity of the situation on the planet. That is because if you only conceive the idea of a forthcoming catastrophe in your consciousness, this idea will be multiplied, and instead of extinguishing the existing fire you will be putting more and more wood into it.

That is why we will never fully tell you the information that we possess. But we will never cease to warn you and ask you to do all you can in order to harmonize the situation on the planet.

You have noticed that from the moment of the beginning of the new cycle of Dictations through our Messenger there was not one joyful and optimistic Message. That is not because some changes have happened to our Messenger and she is intimidated by impending cataclysms. All is well with our Messenger. And I can assure you that our Messages are transmitted with a sufficient degree of accuracy. No, the thing is that the situation is actually tense. And no matter how hard we try, we have not yet been able to encourage you to assume those responsibilities that we are asking you about. The law of free will that is operating in your physical octave does not allow us to intervene and force you. That is why we can only ask you or, as a last resort, require of you. But it seems that the only thing that will make you take actions is the threatening circumstance that we are talking about.

Well, you seem to prefer acting in accordance with the Russian proverb, One believes in wonder when hears a sound of thunder.

There are very few people who seriously perceive our information and are ready to sacrifice much in order to comply with our requests.

We have not yet been able to enlarge the circle of people capable of specific actions. However, think about the fact that no matter how widely and promptly we give our warnings you are still unable to answer our call.

The problem is not even in your laziness and neglect. The whole point is that you are so captured by the illusion that you can differentiate neither what source contains the Truth nor the vibrations inherent to the true source.

Therefore, all your practices and all your actions should be directed at learning to make a distinction. In reality, staying in the illusion will come to an end only when you learn to make a distinction between the events that take place on the illusive plane and the events that belong to the real Divine world. Your task is to acquire a distinct vision and learn to give an evaluation to every event and fact that you face in life.

It seems to you that your life is running smoothly, and at times you don't even have an idea that in this silence and smooth flow of life there are hidden pitfalls that are capable of turning the peaceful flow of your life upside down in a moment. Therefore, try to resist this soothing calmness. You are constantly getting your lessons. Sometimes one small stone lying on the rails is enough to make the huge train of your life derail at a great speed and turn over. However, you yourselves prepare your own future by making your everyday choices.

When the critical mass of your wrong choices reaches the limits of permissible karma, you encounter the situations in your life that literally destroy everything you are used to, and you exclaim in surprise, Oh, Lord, what have I done? Why has it all fallen to my lot?

It is a familiar picture, isn’t it? And at the next step, ninety percent of people start cursing God and the Masters for what has happened in their lives. They blame all the people around them and the whole world instead of humbly accepting all that has happened as a punishment or as a karmic retribution that overflowed the edges of the permissible limits and spilled in the form of a horrible punishment.

Thus, on one hand, in the course of the entire history of its existence, mankind has been guided and warned. On the other hand, only when something terrible happened to people were they able to think even if for a short time about the reasons things fell upon them.

No matter how much we speak and give you the optimal advice in order to avoid the expected, you are not able to believe that everything you are told is true. And the reason for your disobedience and shortsightedness is the lack of the true Faith.

That is why I, the Master who represents the aspect of God’s Will, am addressing you this afternoon. I can help each of you who will turn to me with a request to strengthen their Faith.

Faith is the remedy that you need. I am speaking now not about blind faith based on ignorance and intimidation. I am referring to the Faith based on the exact knowledge of the Law that exists in this Universe.

This Law is the Law of cause and effect relationships, or the Law of Karma, or retribution. This Law operates regardless of your wish or your will. This is what is real. And that is what your aspiration to assert your free will, regardless of any circumstances, stumbles upon. If this natural barrier provided by the Creator did not stand in the path of misuse of your free will, the question of existence of not only your planet but also the Universe itself would be put into challenge.

That is why the first thing you should accept within yourselves is the supremacy of the Law governing in this Universe and in your lives.

You may appeal to me with the request to strengthen your Faith. And I will gladly provide you with this aid as it is the most important and immediate remedy that you need.
