1. There are no things necessary for you outside of yourself. All Divine knowledge and perfection is inside of you. Seek this treasure in your hearts, seek the entrance to countless riches inside of you.

2. Inside of yourself you should have a tuning-fork - a true sound, harmonious with your Higher Self and with God within you. Due to this true note you will be able to find co-workers in the physical plane, to comprehend the Divine plan for the current moment and to start acting, giving the world around you the right example for imitating and following the correct course.

3. You do not need any mediator between you and God, between you and the Ascended Hosts any longer. Your Higher Self and your Guardian Angel are always aware of the Divine plan for your lifestream. You do not need to go to messengers, clairvoyants, psychics or servants of the cults in order to know the plan of God for your lifestream. Everything is written in your heart.

4. Tell me, how many of you have talked to your heart lately? How many of you have tried to understand what your heart tells you? You are so busy in your life that it is hard for you to find at least five minutes to be alone with yourself in silence, far from the vanity.

5. Your heart is constantly trying to talk to you. But you do not hear it. You prefer to listen to your friends and acquaintances, to watch TV, to listen to your horrible music or to try to pick up knowledge from newspapers, books and magazines.

6. Beloved, there is no source of information in your world that can tell you what your life plan is, why you have been embodied and what you are to do now and in the near future. You will not hear about it on the radio, you will not manage to learn about it from the TV programmes. You cannot read about this in any books. Your heart is keeping the innermost information, so necessary for you, and it longs to share this information with you.

7. Not everybody succeeds in getting experience of communicating with his own Highest part. At the same time it is such a natural process which is quite accessible for the majority of human individuals living on the Earth nowadays.

8. The aim coming to the fore in this illusory world now is to have an opportunity to glance behind the veil and to break through the density of the physical world. Due to the new dispensation we get an opportunity to have communication between the worlds. And this communication can be mastered by any striving person, striving sincerely, not falsely.

9. All you need is simply to make a choice and to step into boundlessness, having given up yesterday’s festive tinsel. You are to take a step towards the reality, one step, then a second one. Then continue moving without a stop to that true Being which is your authentic essence.

10. There is nothing outside of yourself that keeps you from moving towards the Higher reality. It is only you yourself that hold you back.

1. Now many people try to communicate with their Supreme Part. It makes the Ascended Hosts happy and they welcome it. But you should always remember that there is danger here for you so as any activity in the Earth planet has dual character.

2. When your motives and the purity of your four lower bodies are not clean enough, but the desire to get in contact on the fine plane is great, you can get not the experience of communication with your Supreme Part, but with the beings dwelling in the astral plane, which can at best play a trick on you or at worst they can enslave and use you for their benefits.

3. Therefore, begin getting in contact with your Supreme Self under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Always before your meditation, address to me with invocation and request to protect you from any negative influence in the etheric plane and from any entities, demons and disembodied spirits. Do not miss this invocation before your every meditation and every attempt to communicate with your Supreme Self.

4. Remember, nobody can forbid you to experiment on communication with the etheric plane, but you bear all karmic responsibility, when you get into interaction with the powers of darkness, dwelling in and acting mainly through the astral plane. While meditating, you always get in contact with the astral plane, at least, until you can learn to rise to the Supreme octaves of Light at one moment like a high-speed elevator.

5. Why do you need to have an experienced teacher or guide during your meditation exercises? You know that the invisible world has different frequencies of vibrations. It is divided into layers like a puff-pastry. The danger is that you can come under the influence of not very high energies and to come into contact with unfriendly beings. These beings can teach you not the best things and impregnate you with bad energies. Everything depends on the level of consciousness which you have initially.

6. If you enter the state of meditation in a very good and balanced state, full of the feeling of Divinity and tuned to the Divine, you will most likely come under the influence of the high vibrations and pure energies. If you start doing meditation while being full of egoistic wishes and propensities, you will most probably get just an intensification of your negative traits in the course of meditation.

7. In the end everything is determined by your ability to overcome and humble your ego before you start your meditation. That is why any meditation practice, as everything in your world, can have a dual character, and the result obtained by you is determined entirely by your motives and inner aspirations.

8. If you start doing meditation with an aim to master the techniques which will enable you to control people or to obtain abilities allowing you to occupy a privileged position in your world, then in the course of your meditation you will create karma, as you will use the Divine energy for glorification of your ego.

9. Every meditation should be started only in full humility before the Will of God and in a tremble before His might. Only when your motive is pure and your wishes are spotless can you raise your consciousness up to such high vibrations, that you will get access to the perfect Divine energies which will create a new human from you, a human Divine in his/her essence. In this case the longer you are in meditation, the more your vibrations approximate to the perfect Divine patterns.

10. There is only one true motive for a person starting any spiritual practice or any spiritual training. And this is – to get rid of your ego and to approach God, to serve God and all the living creatures. If you start any spiritual practice with any other aim, you create karma.

1. The Path that we teach you, this is the path of mystics, the path leading you to your source. In order to take this path, you have to relinquish your attachment to your world and to the achievement of any objectives, connected with your world. This is very difficult, because in order to achieve an internal connection with us and with your Higher part, you need to have an unconditional and unreserved Faith.

2. The Path to God is always inside of you, inside your hearts. You can hear the voice of God only in the peace of your heart. Thus, your major task is to listen to your heart, to learn to listen to yourself, to your Higher Self, and gradually refuse everything burdening you and preventing you from the establishment of this connection.

3. You yourself make a choice between all the things of this world and your opportunity to hear a quiet inner voice inside of you.

4. Be sincere with yourself. Ask yourself honestly whether you are ready to give up your attachment to everything that surrounds you in your world - to your family, job, property, habits, including watching TV and listening to the radio, to smoking, idle talk with friends and acquaintances. Are you really ready to give up your attachment to all this and to receive in exchange only one single thing – the link with the real part of yourself? Do not be cunning with yourself.

5. If in the external world there is something more important for you than the connection with your Higher Self, your time has not come yet. But, perhaps, it is still worth pressing a little that part of you which does not want to go out to the Light and delays your growth and spiritual development.

6. If you do not start giving up your unreal part on your own initiative, you will be forced to part with your ego by the external conditions all the same. And the more you resist, the more dramatic the events of your life may be so that you could choose the path of spiritual development at last.

7. You should take upon yourselves a very strong restriction so as to come into contact with the Ascended Hosts. First of all it requires the limitation of your association with people and the expulsion of any influence of the mass media.

8. The closer you are to nature, the easier it is for you to establish such a connection. The difference between our worlds is in the difference between the levels of vibrations. Therefore, by raising your vibrations you automatically, almost inevitably, acquire an ability to communicate with our world.

9. As a matter of fact, every person embodied now is potentially able to establish a link with the Ascended Hosts. But in order for our communication to take place you must sacrifice very many things of your world.

10. You should watchfully approach the encirclement of your communication and all your contacts. It is necessary for you to keep out everything which can influence you and which belongs to the mass culture of your world.

Differentiation of the voice of the Higher Self

1. Listen to your heart. Snatch a moment of silence, when you are calm, and everything in you is in a perfect, harmonious state. Such minutes are very rare, but these minutes happen in every person’s life. God gives you these moments of inner silence, in order you could deliberately aspire towards the renewal of such states, when everything in you is in the rest and balance. Exactly during these moments it is the easiest for you to hear the voice of your Higher Self, the quiet inner voice in the silence of your heart. And at times you can't even distinguish this voice from the inner discourses of your mind. It's necessary to try to make the distinction.

2. This voice differs by the exceptionally respectful attitude to you; it is very tender and characterized by simplicity, unpretentiousness, sincerity and love. You cannot but feel the difference with your everyday monologues, which you hold inside yourself. It is necessary for you to listen. It's the voice of your Higher Self. Not so often you happen to hear this voice. But if you expect in your external consciousness to hear this voice, you can always make the distinction and differentiate this tender voice from hundreds and thousands of other voices, belonging to the astral plane.

3. You should learn to orient yourselves in your inner space. You should direct towards inner silence and peace, because in that vanity, in which you live, you will not be able to hear your Higher Self. And it is necessary for you to hear your Higher Self because the advices and the knowledge, which you receive from within yourselves, you can read in no encyclopaedia or book, you can not see in any programme on TV.

4. I will give you the precept, which will help you to heed your inner voice. And this precept concerns the change of your way of life. You should seclude yourself in order to hear your Higher Self I. It simply can not come up to you, when you are too occupied with everything that is around you in the physical world.

5. Imagine a child, who has come to your world, has just been born. For this baby everything is a stress. Everything, that surrounds you in your life and what you have got used to, the baby perceives as frightening and unknown. The noise of cars, sounds of harsh music, any sounds of your world are unusual for the soul, which has just come to your world. They need a certain adaptation.

6. Your Higher Self is similar to the child, who comes to your world through you. And the conditions, in which you are, are sometimes so awful, that your Higher Self instantly leaves your world and waits for long decades for a favourable opportunity to come to you again, to come to your inner space for conversation.

7. Therefore, it depends on you alone, whether you will be able to provide your Higher Self with favourable conditions for conversation. This physical world is so different from the Divine world, that not only the presence of the Higher Self in this world, but also of any Ascended Beings, which are on the finer planes, is either difficult or totally impossible. Therefore you should at first create conditions in your world in order that we can visit you together with your Higher Self and talk to you.

8. It is quite clear, that you can't instantly change all the circumstances of your life, to move to a silent, secluded place, to give up your habitual work and family. No, it isn’t required from you, but you should aspire to correct patterns of behaviour, to quiet bewitching music, to a tender rustle of grass, to a twitter of birds and to gentle murmur of water.

9. When the correct examples of music, films, pictures, of everything that surrounds you, fill your consciousness and your nearest environment, then you will be able to gradually overcome the negative influences of your world and transit to the other, finer world. Your transition to the fine world will be provided, when you can provide the presence of the fine world in your internal space and in your external space. And then elementals and angels will be able to come to visit you and you will be able to see them with your normal human eyes.

10. You are able accomplish everything and all can be achieved through the change of your consciousness. Gradually, step by step. But all the steps you take must be made in the right direction. But this presents difficulty, because the majority of you forget on the very next day about all your good intentions and plans, which you have constructed in your head during the reading of the Masters’ dictations. Therefore, you must first of all develop in yourself the constancy of your aspirations.

1. Do not allow your carnal mind to distract you and do not yield to its persuasions when it says that you still have enough time before you and you can permit yourself these petty innocent weaknesses, so habitual to you.

2. Feel the border of the etheric world and take away from your consciousness everything that prevents you from crossing this border. Clear away from your consciousness all incorrect patterns and manifestations, everything that makes you go deeper into materiality and to become attached to it.

3. It is necessary to be attuned in the correct way. And except you nobody can overcome your lacks and your attachments. The help of the Heavens will not be slow in coming, but you yourself should realize your lacks and begin to wish to get rid of them. At times it demands a lot of constant efforts to get rid of a very petty attachment. But at the same time, if your aspiration is strong, each following attachment of yours will take less and less time and efforts to get rid from it.

4. Keep true reference points in your consciousness. Have outside you the signs of your achievements in the past, and when life knocks you out of the state of peace and balance, turn to them. These may be photos, films, notes of your diary, in which you have recorded your exalted states of consciousness. For each of you it will be your own sign and symbol, which will remind you about the etheric world. It may be a picture or the image of the Master close to you. Don't disregard anything to raise your vibrations again and to return to the state of harmony and unity with the etheric world.

5. The higher the vibrations of your bodies are, to the higher layers of the etheric world you get access in your consciousness. You pass to the etheric world inside your consciousness, changing the vibrations of your body by yourself. Your task is to receive the notion about the difference of vibrations and to aspire to more exalted vibrations; to do everything that allows you to stay in the state of high vibrations as long as possible. For some it is listening to music, for others - pictures, or prayers, or meditations.

6. Use the whole arsenal of means accessible to you, to constantly keep yourself in a high state of consciousness, far from dark thoughts and feelings. And then you will be able to watch how everything will start changing in your life, in your environment, in your work.

7. You should develop a habit to this that everything will start changing around you together with the change of your vibrations. Your environment and all that will not manage to adjust to your vibrations will leave your life, or you will go away from everything that impedes your spiritual development.

8. It is necessary to be very well able to distinguish between the whims of your ego and that aspiration to the finer and loftier world, which is primordially presents in you. And you should very acutely distinguish all the karmic moments, which you have not overcome yet, and which compel and force you to be in uncomfortable for you conditions. There is nothing to be done here, everything that we ourselves have created we must work off, even if it is very hard and unpleasant to us.

9. However, all these delicate moments of distinction are completely under the control of your Higher Self. And you can always receive from your Higher Self all necessary consultations.

10. We have been speaking about many things. And all of this is necessary to you, because, the further the development of mankind goes, the finer facets of illusion you meet. And you should be ready to make your choices under any external and inner circumstances.
